 Definition of illiteracy:
Illiteracy is a negative phenomenon of society prevalent in most countries of the world, especially in the developing world.
It is defined as the inability of a person to write and read.
There are types of illiteracy, including: intellectual illiteracy – civilizational alphabet, functional, cultural, media, environmental, professional and scientific.

Terms:
-Max: 3 cartoons.
-formula: JPEG, 300 dpi.
– Size:  21 x 29 cm
-Write the name of the painter, the country and the picture of the painter

-Note: Works must be new and not entered into competitions.

-Deadline: 20/8/2022

-Awards: 10 special prizes.:
The committee selects 10 works, then awards certificates of appreciation to the winners and a PDF album sent via email.

-The date of the exhibition will be determined later.
