The International Kurds Cartoon Forum, in fourth session, is organizing a competition under the title Freedom of Expression, in support of all volces calling for freedom without fear or Intimidation, belleving in all human rights, especially freedom of speech and expression.

A cartoonist can participate in two works. Artworks must be A3 size at 300 dpi in PDF format.

The works must be new and not has published or participated in any competitions or festivals.

Any work that does not meet the requirements will be excluded from the competition.

The deadline for receiving works and CV is: 1/3/2023

First Prize: $500

Second prize: $300

Third prize: $200
