Sad demise of well known Cartoonist Mr. Jaya Chandran from Delhi, INDIA.
Cartoonist Jayachandran Nanu (57) passed away. Stayed at Delhi dwarka. He was a cartoonist in Hindustan Times newspaper and was a native of Chokli in Mahi Kerala. Jayachandran, who started as a painter in Kollam Kumkum group, became famous as a painter in the Sunday edition of Malayala Manorama. Later worked in Indian Express in Chandigarh. Jayachandran, who joined as a cartoonist in publications like Outlook and The Mint in Delhi, was a moderate language. He was under treatment at a private hospital in Dwarka after suffering from dungu. Received the news of coming back to life till yesterday. Today (September 19) the situation has changed. Just got the message multi organ failure. Passed away at 2.53 p.m. Wife Sheena Jayachandran. One son and one daughter.
