Results of the  23rd World Press Freedom  International Editorial Cartoon Competition
The theme for the 23rd International Editorial Cartoon Competition is: ‘Free Speech or Free For All?’, the contest drew 470 submissions from 62 countries.
The jury, composed of five members of World Press Freedom Canada committee, met on April 11 to select the winners of the 23rd World Press Freedom International Editorial Cartoon Competition.
