Not just a cartoon. It comes to our place for us to ponder, how to be a safe road user. Thus for those who have a chance, do not miss the chance, visit and enjoy the world’s best cartoons in the Kelantan Painting Hall, Bharu City.
A big thank you YB. Dato’ who attended to officiate the exhibition. Thanks also to the heads of departments/agencies, artist friends who attended to celebrate the event.
