Mehmet Zeber  was born in 1963, Türkiye. Totally he had 54 prizes about cartoons.16 of them were international prize.He was graduated from İzmir Dokuz Eylül Üniversity  Education Faculty,Art Section. Retired from the Fine Art High School as an art teacher in Balıkesir city. Moved to Eskişehir in 2020.
