BULENT OKTAY

Bulent Oktay was born in Ankara in 1968. He graduated from Yıldız University as a Computer Engineer in 1990. He worked as an engineer and a manager in finance and telecommunication fields. His first cartoon was published in 1983 and he won his first prize in 1987. From that time his cartoons have been publishing in many magazines, newspapers and web sites in Turkey and abroad. He has opened 7 personal exhibitions, one in France the others in Turkey. He has participated many composite exhibitions, and competitions. He won many prizes from different competitions. He has a book with 7 editions. He is also a calligrapher. Till now he has drawn cartoons for many books, internet sites, advertisements and graphics.
