Atiqualla Shahid born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Attended  high school and universiry in Kabul as a Bachelor of Economy. For a short period of time i took some classes in miniaturist art, Artwork and design. Started with political cartoon in 1986. Since 1986 the cartoons were publised in different Afghan and other countries Newspaers and Magazines.I attended in many cartoon contests.
