Cartoonist Amna Al Hammadi From U.A.E

Amna Al Hammadi is a Senior cartoonist – Al Ittihad Newspaper. She was the creator of the character (Amona Al Mazyona), which is published by Majid magazine as a series that continues to this day. She is also a member A member of the Emirates Journalists Association, a member of the Arab Journalists Association, and a member of international journalism. Amna was also called the painter of the homeland for her many contributions to supporting the nation’s causes and highlighting the just causes of the UAE. Further more she received numerous achievements some of which are 1. An award to honor the Mother of the Emirates, Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, for the Emirati Women’s Day from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. 2. Award honoring His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (Expressions of Pride). 3. Winner of the Abu Dhabi Media Company Prize 2019 (Yas Excellence Award). 4. Winner of the Trim Omran Award (2015 newspaper cartoon). She took part as a Jury member in the International Festival of Our Children (under the auspices of Sisi). Amna was a member of the judging talent (Creativity Forum) – Dubai. She also participated as a member of the arbitration of the Sixth International Cartoon Forum – Egypt. Lastly The (Amna Al Hammadi) award was launched to support talents from 6 to 16 years old in the Arab world.
