Associate Professor Ahamad Tarmizi Azizan DSP/KS (Atan Af), MALAYSIA

Atan AF is a lecturer at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Visiting Professor at the University of Indonesian Education (UPI), Formerly Dean of the Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, UMK.   He is also the Founder & President of the ASEAN Digital Art Society (ASEDAS), Founder & President of the Animation Malaysia Educators Society (ANIMATES), Exco member for the Malaysian Communications Educators Association (MACE) and a Board Member of the Kelantan State Government Museum’s Corporation, Malaysia. In 2020 he was appointed as Advisor for China Europe International Design Culture Association (CEIDA), Belgium for two (2) years. He has worked for many years as an educator from 1997 until 2020, art director, consultant, international and national guest speaker at international and national conferences, national and international committee members, art curator, and judge and jury. His professional practice includes an art theory, art history, digital arts, Higher education leadership, teaching and learning in higher education especially in art education, national panel for arts curriculum development, animation, screen study, visual arts, design, mobile applications, design  posters, logos and consultants in related with the field of creative technology and heritage. His work has won a gold, silver and bronze medal in many international competitions such as International Technology Expo (ITEX), Malaysian Technology Expo and many more achievements in teaching and learning as well as in conferencing events and art exhibitions.
